5. Pricing & Payment Methods
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as well as installment payment options such as Tabby and Tamara.
Installment plans are subject to approval by third-party service providers.
6. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
In special cases or for international orders, shipping may take between 10 to 15 business days.
We ship within the UAE, GCC countries, and selected international destinations.
Standard shipping fees and delivery timelines apply based on the destination.
7. Return & Refund Policy
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Eligible returns are processed within 10 business days from the date the returned item is received.
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including cosmetics, underwear, and hair extensions.isdiction over any disputes arising therefrom.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. In all cases, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
